15 years of cross-border capital. ₹20,000+ Cr of deal activity.

Capital moves across jurisdictions when the structure, the regulation, and the investor all fit. Altus Bridge exists to make that fit.

Founder & Principal

Abhishek Mohta

Independent advisor on cross-border capital, fund structuring, and private credit mandates for India-linked opportunities.

Abhishek built Altus Bridge after 15 years inside the machinery of cross-border capital — from HDFC Bank’s Project Finance & DCM desk covering India’s energy and infrastructure book, to Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking structuring syndications with MUFG, SMBC, Barclays, and Société Générale across APAC, to Amicorp Group advising HNI, family office, and corporate principals on fund structures across SEBI AIF, GIFT City, Singapore VCC, Luxembourg RAIF, Mauritius GBC, DIFC, and ADGM.

Earlier, at Essar Group, he led international business development and project finance across Dubai, Mauritius, and Africa — closing a ₹750 Cr port project finance syndication and raising offshore capital via multilateral development banks including the African Development Bank.

The thread through all of it: understanding how capital actually moves — the regulatory gates, the structuring choices, the investor committees, and the commercial realities that determine whether a mandate closes or stalls.
